Stop Justifying:
Secondly, you should stop justifying about being worried, angry or upset about anything and everything under the sun. The only person who can help you to get rid of the negativity is you… yourself. Start accepting that it’s you who has the power to be happy, sad or angry. The earlier you accept, the better it is for you. Once you stop justifying and feeding to the negativity you will be free of them.
Self-Analysis- Identify Your Emotions:
Once you know that you have the power to control your emotions, you have to identify the triggers what cause particular emotions in you. What are the things that cause turmoil in your mind? Self- analyze your emotional health; know which of the emotions are dominating your daily life and start replacing the negative ones with positives by making conscious efforts.
Acceptance:
You shouldn’t be too hard on yourself and accept what you are going through. This acceptance doesn’t come easily to all.It takes lot of courage to accept yourself for who you are and stand for yourself. Don’t run away or shy away from what you are feeling, just face it and half of the battle is already won!
Reasoning and Knowing Their Impermanence:
You need to reason out with yourself what kind of life you want for yourself. Start rising above what others might think about you. Trust this…everyone is busy thinking about other’s opinions. You need to know that what you are feeling right now is impermanent and the change is the only constant. You can easily change those negative emotions to positive ones.
