“Do not Judge others by your own standards, for everyone is making their way home, in the way they best know.” Leon Brown
We tend to look at a situation as per our own perspective and gauge others from what we feel is right or wrong. Without knowing the other side of the coin we start gauging others and pass judgments. The supreme soul has always cautioned us from passing judgment without knowing the difference between the right and the wrong.
It is rightly said that, “Judging someone does not define who they are; it defines who you are.” So we should be careful before passing mindless judgments about others as we may don’t know what struggles and hard times that person has faced or is currently facing. We all go through this beautiful journey of life as per our karmas…which we have done in the past or previous births and also what we do in our current birth.
The way a person reacts in any situation will depend upon many internal as well as external factors which influence his reaction. It is only that Supreme soul who has created this universe has the wisdom and insight to judge others. We the human beings are not only less knowledgeable but also hypocrites and have got no rights to judge others. We will try to find faults in others while if we do that same mistake we just overlook that. So, hypocritical judgment is something not acceptable to the lord.
“Take a good look at yourself before you criticize another, for what you see wrong in them, will also be a lesson for you.” ― Leon Brown
Only God knows what struggle, what sin is present in all humans, whether a person is full of mercy, fear or anxiety he knows everything. There is nothing hidden from him so he is the only one who has all rights to judge others. He is the only one who can judge others knowing all aspects involved. We should leave it to him to judge others and do our karmas selflessly.
We should be considerate and have patience towards others the same way God has always remained patient towards us. We should help our brothers and sisters on this earth to live harmoniously and happily in coordination with his plans for us. God wants us to be merciful towards others even when they are wrong. He wants us to be more considerate and selfless towards our brothers and sisters living all across the globe.
Self-realization is best as we become more compassionate and accommodating about others mistakes as we know that we all tend to make mistakes some or the other time during our lives on this planet.
He wants us to accept others with same respect and love as we want others to accept us. God wants us to love and live with grace along with our fellow earth mates. He wants us to be compassionate and considerate about others struggles and come out of our ignorant state of mind to help ourselves and others who live around us.
He wants us to be blessings not curse in other’s lives. We should be the source encouragement, cheer and comfort. In order to succeed and move up the ladder to salvation, we should help each other rather than elevating oneself above another. We shouldn’t hate others if they are not willing to hear us. We should treat them the way we want God to treat us. We should have patience towards others, as God has always been very patient towards each one of us. He loves us all even when we live wrongful life.
He will be the one who will judge us all when we reach home with same grace and mercy with which we judge our neighbours. To be full of mercy and grace towards all we need to re-awaken our inner self.
